    Role & Tasks:

    Finishing one season at the extremely high volume Verizon Center in the heart of metro DC, I have taken on the position as Director of Catering and Clubs at FedEx Field for The Washington Redskins. As Director, I partner with our client to provide food and beverage services for both all internal Redskins meeting and events as well as creating unique catered experiences at the stadium. My job duties include but are not limited to the following:

    -Creates Banquet Event Order (BEO's) and executes F & B for events from 1-10,000pp
    -Works with Executive Chef to develop price points for sales
    -Manages a staff of 130+ppl
    -Works with outside vendors such as florist and party rental
    -Monthly scheduling, inventory, reports and seasonal training
    -Proficient in Micros, KRONOS, Microsoft Office and the event planning software, Reserve
