Role & Tasks:
I was hired as a host at Lo Spiedo when they opened in October of 2014, after 6 months I was promoted to food runner and not too long after that I was promoted to serving. Throughout my time at Lo Spiedo, as a host I worked with managerial staff organizing and maintaining communal and storage areas. Arranging flowers and decorating the dining rooms and organizing events were also responsibilities of mine. I thoroughly understand
Open table. As a server I worked as a primary member of our team of servers with many parties,events and high volume hours of business. Taking orders using P.O.S systems such as Aloha and Toast, setting and clearing tables in between courses and sharing my knowledge of the food and beverage menus with our guests.
