Role & Tasks:
-Responds in a professional and courteous manner to arriving, departing, and in-house guests by providing timely and accurate information and services.
-Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns
-Greets guests and completes arrive and departure procedures
-Operates PBX equipment by accepting incoming calls, assisting outgoing calls, and scheduling wake up calls
-Professionally answers inquiries regarding hotel reservations by communicating hotel rates and by using suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights and to increase occupancy
-Maintain knowledge of all in-house functions in order to answer guest questions or concerns
-Process all guest mail, packages, and faxes, by receiving, sorting, notifying, and distributing.
