    - Actively prepare housekeeping room attendants work day by assigning rooms to be cleaned
    - Master the art of multi tasking as phone calls come in from all departments of the hotel
    - Carefully assign housemen to jobs they can reasonably achieve in a timely manor
    - Be sure all guest requests are met in the amount of time given

    - Prepare all housekeeping attendants for success, by having all items ready before they begin their shift
    - Relay messages to management as needed
    - Be held accountable if there are mistakes along the way, and know just how to correct any situation, by cleaning a room myself, or doing whatever it takes to be sure the job is completed
    - Make all guest experience perfect.
    - Go above and beyond for any guest request, involving any department necessary
