Recruited to turn around a failing property and gain ROI for a $10M remodel at Miami’s premier waterfront destination restaurants.
Directed and led all day-to-day management/operational responsibilities aligned with four diamond standards. Led both establishments to consistently outperform the competition. Oversaw, trained, and developed over 500 employees.
Key Contributions and Accomplishments:
4 Increased revenue at Rusty Pelican from $11M to $19M, within three years, and increased revenue for Whiskey Joes over 35% YoY
including record-breaking food and beverage sales at Miami’s city-wide marine convention.
4 Created and structured a Special Events department. Served as Managing Director of the Miami International Boat Show
and hosted the Miss Universe Organization opening events in Miami.
4 Created and implemented a new and innovative menu design to maintain leader status in the Miami food scene.
4 Created and managed aggressive forecasts and budgets and consistently exceeded corporate targets.
4 Directed and led highly strategic public relations initiatives with numerous local celebrities and politicians that significantly increased top-line growth.
