    Created a brand new management and employment program for 110+ students who work in our 14 different Desks and Offices within our Resident Halls. I was able to blend 2 different departments together to create a more flexible and simple program that helps aid students better. Within in my position I created more organization, a simpler way to run student staff management, and made customer service our number one focus. Including managing students there is also a large administrative side where I book all meeting room reservations and coordinate staff schedules within the department. I partake in our Damage Billing process where we check all student rooms for cleanliness and room readiness. I create, help keep organized, as well as follow-up with work orders; while also paying attention to detail for maintenance needed within our Resident Halls; while connecting with Public Safety and other Departments throughout the University.

    My daily task was to keep our office in top notch cleanliness at all times. I organized all janitorial services and needs, kept the kitchen constantly stocked with office/food items and things I pre-planned that we might need, as well as coordinated any maintenance that were needed. I was my duty to keep the multiple edit bays clean for constant client turnover. I was in charge of taking care of all clients’ needs, including food and any other requests. With our workloads constantly changing I managed and scheduled all freelancers and helped keep our client service staff in order.
