Over the past five years I have combined both a full time salaried position and full time education to become the professional that I am today. From my time at the small pub atmosphere of the British Beer Company to the energetic night club setting that is Splitsville and Howl at the Moon at Patriot Place I have learned the importance of customer service and how to run a large staff of different personalities. With all of this blending into my education I have learned time management and how to prioritize tasks. I have succeeded and led successful staffs throughout the opening of restaurants and through the busiest of times during football season at Gillette Stadium. When I moved to Raleigh in February of 2016 I learned what is important to the people of this area and how they choose to spend their money. I hope to focus my attention towards the restaurant industry and helping it grow. Raleigh is a blossoming city with its eyes set on being the classic cocktail, craft beer, and farm to table food capital of the south. I am looking to be a key component in that.
