I am moving from Miami to Philadelphia looking for an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment which allows for the development of my personal culinary skills and also my ability to inspire and train those around me . Organized, motivated and goal-oriented with an eye toward the big picture, I learn quickly and adapt easily to different environments. With a diverse background that spans across styles and continents, I am always looking to contribute, learn, and grow.
I am eager and excited to work with local farms and craftspeople to absorb and honor the Philadelphia and Northeastern terroir, creating seasonal menus that represent the local culture as well as the global community of which we are a part of.
