    Westword and Outfront have enamored Racine’s with awards ranging from best Bloody Mary’s and margaritas to number one in high chairs. For the last 33 years, Racine’s has been perfecting the art of service, making it a staple for families all across Denver. Despite the fast-paced environment and high volume of clientele, it was important to maintain a unique and casual relationship with each and every patron. Racine’s is known for its three extensive menus of which every server had to know inside and out—not including the daily morning and evening specials. Servers had to be quick on their feet and well-balanced in order to expedite each tables’ meal themselves before running it through one of Denver’s larger restaurants
