I am a 21 year old who is about to finish Culinary school. I want to work in Restaurants and becoming faster and more skilled. I come from an Eastern European Jewish family. At the same time From the age of 3-7 I had a Filipino babysitter who raised me on lumpia and adobo. I have experience with Italian and Mexican food and all I want to do is learn about different types of cultures and cuisines.

My Dream Job is a restaurant that focuses on high quality food but also has options for people with dietary restrictions.
