    -Manage all front-of-house operations, including opening and closing procedures and preparation of space
    -Manage 1,800 capacity auditorium and 800 capacity ballroom.
    -Delegate responsibilities to 30+ ushers in order to facilitate a positive experience for patrons
    -Collaborate with Event Booking Coordinator to ensure a smooth-running operation
    -Communicate with Box Office during performance in order to resolve any double seating or ticket issues and to record drop count
    -Coordinate with Stage Manager to ensure the production is being time-managed properly
    -Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures as well as AED and extinguisher locations
