I was a really thrilled to see that 71 Above was looking to bring in a new member to the team. I have always made an effort to work at establishments that have a drive towards quality and passion for their craft, and I know that 71 Above is just that.

Currently, I manage the bar at Eat.Drink.Americano, in the Arts District Downtown, and have been doing so since 2016. My job has taught me a lot when it comes to focusing on artisan products from California, and how to bring these local flavors to customers. From guiding patrons through our local wines and beer, to making sure that cocktails are fresh and exciting.

I’ve spent over 2 years serving wine at a beautiful winery in the Malibu. I've run weekly whiskey tasting at The Next Door Lounge in Hollywood for 3 years. I've even done bar backing and kitchen prep work in Glendale at The Famous. All these places have been little pieces to the puzzle of running a well run, efficient, and tidy bar.

I have always been a fan of Chef Vartan since his days at Cliff's Edge, and I would love to the opportunity to be part of team that serves such amazing food and drinks.

My Dream Job is Having my own Belgian-style Brasserie with my 3 older brothers.
