My long term goal is to own my own restaurant/café someday down the road! A little bit about me, my first paying job was at an assisted living home as a server/dietary aid. I truly love the work and thought I would want to go to school for hospitality, so that's what I did in Muskegon for a year, I went to school for hospitality management and work at the number one Bistro in Muskegon, MI. After a year I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay in the food industry. I tried office work for two years but I didn't feel like I was impacting others or bring joy to people everyday. So in May 2016 I took a seasonal serving job at a fine dining restaurant in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. After successfully completing the two week Fine Dining Serving Course it was time to being serving, I enjoyed it right from the start, I was also asked to train others and serve the governor of Michigan and 13 of his guests at a private four course luncheon! After spending the summer in a fine dining establishment I realize there is no other place I belong! You know you love what you do when you leave at the end of the night smiling!

My Dream Job is Right now my dream jobs are to serve fine dining at night and work at a bakery in the morning. Long term own my own Restaurant!
