Good day...
I have been in the restaurant industry for 30 years, mostly FOH. I did start on the dishtank at a Ponderosa when I was 16. When busy, they made me a busser. They found me to be good with people and made me a waiter. It all started there. I have been everything from a server, to a bartender, to a corporate trainer, to a manager, to a partner, and back. I have followed a steady "rise" through the levels of restaurants with great appreciation for each as I experienced them. Aside from a few places that opened and closed relatively quickly, I am an employer that stays very long. I do not jump from one restaurant to another. I am interested in expanding on my experience and offering a bigger role. That may be in management, training, or leading a team. I am very good at all those aspects.
