    * Assistant to Sr. Attorney, legal and administrative

    * Manage all software, renewals and updates, Manage all IT and coordinate professional repairs

    * Responsible and review; health and professional liability Insurance

    * Perform all data in Time Slips and Peachtree accounting system

    * Maintain Operating and IOLTA trust bank accounts

    * Process credit card transactions • Go to bank daily with cash and check deposits

    * Process payroll in ADP

    * Prepare excel spreadsheets for financial reporting

    * Manage/delegate tasks to office staff; train and conduct staff meetings, maintain personnel records, manage law firm office in its entirety
