Role & Tasks:
Guest service representative for corporate housing community. Duties include:
Responsible for a wide range of clerical duties including answering phones, compiling and preparing reports, faxing, preparing shipments, processing and distributing mail.
Assisting with billing by preparing invoices and receipts, processing payments, and resolving billing issues.
Responsible for training new office employees in protocol and policies.
Responsible for guest relations of tenants including placing service requests for maintenance, adjusting reservations, addressing questions or concerns involving reservations, apartment issues, State Department lodging protocol and restrictions/requirements.
Data entry of guest information, accommodation requests, entry of specific billing requests in reservation system, and logging all packages, invoices, and delinquent payments into Excel.
Office Equipment Support – Basic printer and PC troubleshooting.
Maintaining and updating insurance certificates for vendors.
Managing and creating contracts for conference rooms. Responsible for touring and booking conference rooms as well as processing payments for various rooms and their amenities.
