Eataly LA is hiring Floor Managers to join us at one of many restaurants in our bustling marketplace! 

Our Floor Managers are responsible for contributing to and leading the Eataly team in delivering our business and guest service strategies on a daily operational basis.  The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, beverage, and people; growth driven with high energy and a deep understanding of hospitality.  This individual must be hands on and able to guide, motivate and direct restaurant operations.  He or she should have strong experience in effectively evaluating and mentoring the management and hourly team they support, maintaining a high level of empathy and be able to lead by example.  He or she will hold themselves and the Eataly team accountable to our guest service standards and business goals by managing through a culture of hospitality and accountability, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager, Executive Chef, and store General Manager as needed.

We are looking for a high energy individual to be a strong leader, have a focused and tangible management presence, not only maintaining a high level of hospitality, but passionately training, developing, and inspiring the Eataly team at all levels about our products and services.

LA PIAZZA — La Piazza is a standing enoteca in the heart of Eataly, La Piazza is modeled after a jovial Italian city square, where friends and families gather every day for wine and antipasti. Each corner serves different specialties and dishes coming directly from the surrounding counters or corners, from fresh oysters to cured meats and cheeses.

LA PIZZA & LA PASTA  La Pizza & La Pasta features two of the best-loved Italian dishes: Napoli-style pizza and al dente pasta. Enjoy our seasonal selection just steps away from our expert pasta chefs and dough-slinging pizzaioli (pizza makers).

Il PESCE  Il Pesce features fresh seafood that we responsibly source and sell around the corner at our seafood counter. Every day, we offer a fresh selection of oysters, in addition to the catch of the day served crudo, pan-seared, roasted, and more.

TERRA  — Terra features cuisine inspired by earth and fire. The dining room centers around a wood-burning Italian grill. Pair the playful and plentiful grilled dishes with herb-infused cocktails, rare wines, and barrel-aged beers.

Typical Day as Eatalian Restaurant Floor Manager:

  • Being the “face” of the Restaurant and educating guests on all the Eatalian stories that make up our food & drink selections
  • Coordinates front of house food service activities, schedules and manages front of house employees, requisitions or purchases supplies and equipment
  • Confers with food preparation and other personnel from the dining room and bar to plan dining room activities
