Job Details
Shallots Bistro is considered one of the midwest's premier kosher fine dining establishments.  
 

Hours of operation are 11:30am to 9:00pm Sunday through Thursday, closed Fridays, and 1 hour after sunset on Saturdays.  

We are currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine or Kitchen Manager to work with our General Manager and Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations.     

 
CdC/KM would be responsible for mastering each station, all recipes, training staff, creating prep lists and order guides, health/safety/sanitation procedures, new meny rollouts.   Future projects would include implementation of new POS & KDS system.

Knowledge of food, and experience in corporate scratch kitchens will be a plus.   
New restaurant opening experience is also a plus.
