Hours of operation are 11:30am to 9:00pm Sunday through Thursday, closed Fridays, and 1 hour after sunset on Saturdays.
We are currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine or Kitchen Manager to work with our General Manager and Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food, and experience in corporate scratch kitchens will be a plus.
