Chef Alex Stupak is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join or growing team at our newest restaurant in midtown.
Empellon is a flagship focused on modern/progressive Mexican inspired cuisine. We are open for lunch and dinner.

Ideal Candidates Possess:
+At least 2 years kitchen experience preferably within a fine dining restaurant group.
+Great knowledge of all line level cooking stations.
+A highly professional and polished approach in the kitchen.
+Excellent verbal communication skills.
+DOH Food protection certified.
