                                                  Position Summary

As Catering Operations Manager, you would be responsible for directing and administering off premises catering and event operations representing all Dineamic Group brands. Continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Direct and administer all catering and event operations to include, but not limited to, guest service, soliciting new accounts, negotiating contracts, marketing, planning, event execution, cost control implementation, systems management, budget and forecasting, department management.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Direct set-up and execution of all off premise events
  • Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counselling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward
  • Recruit, interview and train team members
  • Work closely with corporate culinary leadership to ensure smooth execution of catering program
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on sales and other information required
  • Communicate with and provide direction and supervision to team members to execute catering events
  • Maintain excellent client relationships

                                  Experience and Education Requirements

  • A / B.S degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of proven leadership experience, in a catering management role
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability to build strong teams and to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to plan and set goals and communicate direction to others.
