Job Details

We're looking for an ambitious Chef with a knack for baking (pizza crust). As the chef, you're in control of everything surrounding great food. We need someone who wants to take the reins of a proven and successful kitchen inside an independent and growing restaurant-brewery group. The menu will be yours, only limited by the constraints of our concept. We specialize in artisan pizza and sandwiches, but no single dish is precious. You’ll be completely in charge of the kitchen, the culinary team, and the kitchen finances (assuming you can hit a budget). You’ll be reporting directly to the owner.
