Chef Thomas Keller is working on a new restaurant concept and is seeking a Chef de Cuisine that specializes in Mexican cuisine.  In this capacity, you will have oversight of the entire culinary operations and brigade.   

Bring your leadership and creativity to the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group.  In this capacity, you will play a vital part in our start up operations including menu/concept development,  building a competent and high performing team, and assist in the development of the overall culinary support systems. 

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 + years of experience, with increasing levels of responsibility in a relevant culinary enviornment. 

 Bring your strong management skills, culinary creativity and desire to be part of one of the most sought after restaurant teams in the nation.

 Talent can’t be brought in isolation so our ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
