As a line cook, you are expected to take responsibility for the quality of our food, and we find it helps to cook with passion! You must maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, including tables, shelves, grills, fryers, and refrigeration equipment. You must comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
