HipCityVeg is now seeking a Catering Manager to join our team!

We are Philadelphia based, top tier fast casual restaurant now looking to expand our catering department. Our brand of healthy plant based food is strong and in need of a strong individual to help maintain our continued success.

The Catering Manager will spearhead the growth and development of our catering program by overseeing sales and customer relations, implementing effective programs and executing all catering orders. 

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals looking to take on this exciting challenge of building the HipCityVeg brand! A customer first attitude is a major plus when inquiring for this position. 

Skills/Requirements:
2+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume and detail-oriented TOP TIER restaurant
3+ years BOH & FOH management experience
Ability to multi-task
Great communication skills
Strong work ethic
Strong understanding and appreciation for customer service 
Conflict Resolution
Food Safety Knowledge
POS Systems
Restaurant inventory and purchasing experience
Managing Costs

**Non-Smokers Preferred**
