Job Details
At Macon Bistro, we're looking for serious cooks who want to create incredible food in a busy, successful kitchen. We work hard and play hard and are passionate about what we do. Our menu is elevated southern cuisine grounded in classic French bistro techniques - local sourcing, seasonal ingredients.

We're looking for 1-2 full time cooks with serious line cooking experience in fine dining kitchens. Must have open schedule availability to include weekend brunch.
