Salvation Taco is seeking a full time Office Assistant who will report to the Operations Manger in order to help with administrative duties related to running the restaurant. This is a perfect opportunity for anyone who has a passion for the Hospitality and Restaurant Industry and is looking to grow in their experience, knowledge and skillset. We are looking for a multi-tasker who possesses a strong work ethic with attention to detail and organization. S/he must be a team player and willing to help wherever needs arise. This role will be full time Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Daily management and entry of all invoices and monitoring price increases of goods -Assisting in taking and recording monthly inventory -Answering phones and fielding general inquiry questions -Help to maintain an organized office- including filing paperwork, ordering office supplies, managing lost and found, printing menus and gift cards -Assist with paperwork for new staff -Occasionally running errands for the kitchen and FOH -Handing out check and tips to employees weekly- -Receive all receipt requests, provide PDF to inquiring parties
Required Skills/Qualifications: -Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel and Google Drive is a must -Grasp on all Restaurant Operations -Resourceful and able to troubleshoot with the ability to prioritize -Maintain pleasant demeanor with staff and guests -Organizational Skills -Punctuality -Professional, polite and reliable
Prior restaurant experience is preferred with 1-2 years administrative or office experience. This position is paid hourly.
