Job Details
Gravitas, a fine-dining Modern American restaurant by Chef Matt Baker, is now hiring line cooks and prep cooks for our opening team. We are seeking professional individuals that are passionate about food and beverage and that enjoy working in a small, team driven environment.

A minimum experience of two to three years working in a Chef-driven kitchen is ideal, fluency in English is required. Gravitas will be a modern-american fine dining restaurant, sourcing the best ingredients the mid-atlantic has to offer. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including delicious staff meals and employer matched healthcare coverage. A Tuesday through Saturday schedule is required as Gravitas will be closed Sundays and Mondays and we are open for dinner only.
