Job Details

Gravitas, a fine-dining Modern American restaurant by Chef Matt Baker, is now hiring servers for our opening team. We are seeking professional individuals that are passionate about food and beverage and that enjoy working in a small, team driven environment.

A minimum experience of one to two years of service in a fine-dining or Chef-driven restaurant is ideal.  Fluency in English is required. Menu knowledge and memorization are key for the server role as well as focus, charm and a high sense of urgency. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including delicious staff meals and employer matched healthcare coverage. A Tuesday through Saturday schedule is required as Gravitas will be closed Sundays and Mondays and will be open for dinner only.
