GT Prime, a collaboration between Chef Giuseppe Tentori and Boka Restaurant Group is looking for a General Manager. Qualified candidates MUST possess:-- at least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. -- in-depth experience with Open Table and Aloha. -- experienced in Microsoft Office programs. -- extensive food and beverage knowledge. -- knowledge of beer and spirits. -- willing to work long extended hours and late nights. -- knowledgeable about Boka Restaurant Group. -- polished, professional, warm and hospitable -- prepared to run all operations including but not limited to: hiring and training FOH staff, daily financial procedures, payroll, repairs and maintenance, guest relations, reservation book management, execution of on and offsite special events, conducting inspired preshift meetings for staff, staff and management evaluations, maintaining established cost and sales goals
