Job Details

The team behind estela is expanding its wine team and is in search of talented and enthusiastic wine director. 

Co-owners Thomas Carter and Chef Ignacio Mattos are seeking highly motivated team players with knowledge of food and beverage and a positive attitude to excel in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere. Prior managerial experience in reputable restaurants is required. We're looking for individuals with a great sense of humor, a love for wine and food and the skill set to continue to develop and refine the business and our culture.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staff training and development, floor management, cost controls and loss/waste prevention.

Our staff and clientele are a pleasure to work with.

Pay is commensurate with experience. Candidates should be available for both weekday and weekend services. The schedule required will be 5 days a week and will include a closing shift.
