Lidia’s Pittsburgh is looking for experienced Pastry Chef with at least 3 years of experience in upscale casual Italian cuisine is a plus.
Lidia's Pittsburgh is owned by James Beard Award winner, television host, author, and restaurateur, Chef Lidia Bastianich.
We are looking for someone with the ability to:
- Maintain an organized pastry department;
- Train and teach staff to produce dishes consistently with the standards of Italian / rustic cuisine;
- Create dishes using seasons available ingredients in a cost-effective way;
- Must have flexible schedule: weekends, nights and holidays.
This position reports to the executive chef and compensation is based on experience.
