Job Details

Felidia is looking for experienced LINE COOK with at least 2 years of experience in fine dining, Italian cuisine is a plus.

This is a PART TIME position, about 25-30 hours a week and the schedule is NIGHT shitfs.

Felidia is the acclaimed Manhattan East Side flagship of Lidia Bastianich, open since 1981. It is here that many of Lidia's devoted fans find her greeting each guest with the same warmth and passion that she exhibits through her television shows and cookbook.

This is a unique opportunity to join an advanced culinary team and learn from a group of experienced, successful, and passionate professionals.

We are looking for line cooks who can work as a tournant if need be on stations such as pasta, meat/grill, and vegetables; has a positive attitude and works well with others and is willing to work in medium to high volume kitchen.
