  • At least one year of professional kitchen experience

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to stay positive and calm under pressure

Ideally, You Also Have:

  • 1 year full-service restaurant experience as a Line Cook or relevant position
  • Culinary and/or Beverage Degree/Certification(s)
  • Advanced knife skills and ingredient knowledge
