Mario Carbone and Rich Torrisi are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join the Kitchen of their Michelin-starred property Carbone on Thompson St in NoHo.

Carbone is looking for Line Cooks! We have full-time positions available.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience, preferably a culinary school graduate who wants to work hard and be part of something truly special.

Major Food Group (MFG) is a New York based restaurant and hospitality company founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi, and Jeff Zalaznick. The founders all exhibit a wealth of knowledge in the food, hospitality, and business sectors.
