Job Details

 The Banquet Captain is responsible for orchestrating the service during private dining functions. DBGB Kitchen & Bar holds two private dining rooms as well as occasional buyouts. 

The Banquet Captain acts as the liaison between the front of house and back of house to ensure proper timing and the sequence of service.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of service experience, with extensive knowledge of French cuisine and wine.
