The Tournant is responsible for working all the stations in the kitchen.
The Tournant has the skills required to work and oversee all stations in the kitchen and will jump in when help is needed. He/she should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, train employees, and maintain health department, food quality, and restaurant standards.
The position requires and at least 4 years of kitchen experience. A culinary training degree is preferred but not required.
