Our authentic French Bakery is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food and quality to join our culinary brigade. We understand the importance of mentorship and contributing to the strength in our profession. As a student extern join our exceptional team of dedicated culinary leaders.

Qualified candidates will be efficient, focused, possess solid knife skills and have a general understanding for cooking principles.

The boulangeries, the bakeries, of Paris are filled with the most extraordinary creations - the macaron, the croissant, the tart and any number of exquisite chocolate confections. These staples of Parisian daily life so inspired us that, after opening a Bouchon Bakery next to our Bouchon bistro in Yountville, we wanted to open one near our other restaurants in Las Vegas, New York City and Beverly Hills to bake the bread for them and to add an additional layer of cafe life to the areas that surround them.

Bouchon Bakery is located at New York's iconic Rockefeller Center directly across the street from the studios of the Today Show.
