Chef Thomas Keller is bringing his high quality cuisine and service to Miami, Florida.

As we prepare for our first opening in Southern Florida, we are seeking skilled culinary and service team members.

With over 12 properties and 1,200 employees, our reach continues to expand.
Help lead our team of culinary professionals as a Sous Chef. In conjunction with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Sous Chef, the Sous Chef assists with supervising and managing all aspects of the kitchen and production of all items, while keeping with our standards of food quality and restaurant cleanliness.
Qualified candidates will have 5-7 years of culinary management experience in a kitchen-driven or fine-dining environment.
Thomas Keller leaders have a solid understanding of restaurant operations and service, financial acumen and an ability to manage and inspire staff.
