CAPTAIN / LEAD SERVER
We are currently looking for EXPERIENCED SERVERS to join our team at Esca, rated 3 Stars from the New York Times!
This is a FULL-TIME position, must have open availability (must be available weekends, weekdays, am or pm and holidays).
- 2 years fine dining experience, preferably in NYT 2+ Stars Rated Restaurants;
- Proficient with POS systems;
- Must have strong service background;
- Ability to maintain composure under stress within a high-volume restaurant while taking direction well;
- Food, wine and cocktail knowledge is a MUST;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Must be professional at all times;
- Providing exceptional customer service;
- Willingness to learn and grow.
