Job Details
 Looking for a motivated, talented and meticulous experienced Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef/Owner of the this restaurant. The perfect candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing situations, will pay attention to details, will anticipate needs of the kitchen, will be able to maintain food cost and cleanliness standards and will be able to consistently provide excellent work. Management skills are required as the Sous Chef will be responsible for a staff of 10-20 employees. Knowledge of scheduling, inventory and ordering a must. Please send complete resumes only.
