Major Food Group has opened the doors of The Lobster Club located in The Seagram Building (formerly The Four Seasons and Brasserie Restaurants).
This fine-dining concept is hiring SOUS CHEFS with Japanese Cuisine experience as well as strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety and sanitation, effective time management and quality control.
The position requires:
• At least 2 years of experience in high volume and fine dining restaurants.
• Previous experience in Michelin-starred (1, 2, or 3) and/or NY Times (2 or more stars) is preferred.
• Previous experience with Japanese Cuisine required.
