Little Donkey, hiring. For the first time in over six years now two James Beard Award winning Chefs, Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette will be opening their newest restaurant in Central Square in Cambridge. Little Donkey, which will be offering a globally inspired small plates is looking for Bartenders for their opening team. Ideal candidates will have a strong working knowledge of craft and classic cocktails. They will have a genuine love for this industry, have a passion for thoughtful food and are eager to immerse themselves in a creative and educational bar program. We are seeking individuals who thrive in fast a paced environment with the ability to simultaneously multi-task, maintain composure and exude warmth. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a like-minded restaurant.
