Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute them with efficiency and grace while maintaining a sense of urgency throughout service. Ensure constant communication with staff members, management and the kitchen at all times during service. Accurately identify table and position numbers. Provide support to all servers/bartenders. Demonstrate an understanding of the difference in roles of the support team and their individual responsibilities. Maintain the highest standards for quality when polishing china, glass and silver for service. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth. E/O/E
