Bouchon Bakery & Cafe, an authentic French Boulangarie owned by Chef Thomas Keller and located in Columbus Circle, is seeking a leader in the hospitality industry.
Our current opportunity is for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join our service/ retail management team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Managing a team of service professionals focused on creating great memories for our guests.
• Working closely with our culinary team to ensure that our quality is always showcased.
• Engaging with other leaders on ways to enhance our training programs and our culture of empowerment.
Bouchon Bakery and Cafe is a unique concept with an established retail outlet and cafe table service. We offer lunch, dinner and brunch on weekends.

Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of high volume service and dining experience in a quality driven environment. Prior experience in a restaurant or café is required.
We are looking for individuals who possess a general understanding of restaurant business operations, and an ability to train and inspire staff, a commitment to quality, and the desire to work for one of the top restauranteurs in the world.

The boulangeries, the bakeries, of Paris are filled with the most extraordinary creations - the macaron, the croissant, the tart and any number of exquisite chocolate confections. These staples of Parisian daily life so inspired us that, after opening a Bouchon Bakery next to our Bouchon bistro in Yountville, we wanted to open one near our other restaurants in Las Vegas, New York City and Beverly Hills to bake the bread for them and to add an additional layer of cafe life to the areas that surround them.
Bouchon Bakery and Cafe is located on the third floor of Time Warner Center. In addition to counter service, the bakery also offers a cafe with table service and excellent views of Columbus Circle and Central Park.
