Rapidly growing DC based restaurant group is looking for an experienced Manager & General Manager to take multi-unit restaurant complex to the next level. The two would work hand-in-hand in to ensure the highest level of service is being delivered to guest while profitably running the business.
In addition to the universal duties for all members of management, below are a few sample responsibilities for each role that we are looking to fill.
The General Managers duties would be: -Scheduling for all management and FOH staff -Labor and payroll monitoring to ensure operating cost effectively
The Managers duties would be: -Ordering, costing and inventories all F & B for each of the locations -Uniform ordering & distribution
-Each ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in their respective role. -Flexibility with scheduled days and hours -Bi-lingual a BIG plus! -ABRA & Food Handlers License (Washington DC) -Honest [Although this may not seem like a common prerequisite, we promote a culture of transparency and honesty, and we believe the strongest addition to our team will be like-minded and share the same values!]
