Our authentic French Bakery is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food and quality to join our culinary brigade.The Bread Baker assists with overseeing/coordinating all aspects of bread production in keeping with the company's standards of food quality and cleanliness, with a focus on creating an unparalleled guest experience.

Work along side one the most talented Head Bakers in the rich learning environment of the Per Se kitchens.  Receive daily inspiration and instruction on how to produce some of the finest quality breads which support not only the NY based bakeries, but Per Se as well.

Ideal candidates possess a formal culinary education with a concentration in baking. Qualified applicants have strong leadership and organizational skills, along with desire to elevate the guest experience through quality and service.

The boulangeries, the bakeries, of Paris are filled with the most extraordinary creations - the macaron, the croissant, the tart and any number of exquisite chocolate confections. These staples of Parisian daily life so inspired us that, after opening a Bouchon Bakery next to our Bouchon bistro in Yountville, we wanted to open one near our other restaurants in Las Vegas, New York City and Beverly Hills to bake the bread for them and to add an additional layer of cafe life to the areas that surround them.

Bouchon Bakery and Cafe is located on the third floor of Time Warner Center. In addition to counter service, the bakery also offers a cafe with table service and excellent views of Columbus Circle and Central Park.
