 Momotaro one of Chicago's premiere Japanese dining destinations is looking for talented and motivated Chef de Partie.  Work with top quality produce, fish, and meat from Japan as well as local farms.  Learn cooking techniques and methods not seen any where else.  We offer an extensive training program that starts with working a station and can lead to sushi style fish butchery, and whole animal break down.
