       REDBIRD RESTAURANT / VIBIANA IS LOOKING FOR A CATERING CHEF TO WORK WITH CHEF NEAL FRASER AT HIS FLAGSHIP RESTAURANT AND EVENTS SPACE.  WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO LOVES TO DO EVENTS ON AND OFF PREMISE. WE CURRENTLY HAVE 7 PRIVATE EVENT SPACES RANGING IS SIZE FOR A ROOM THAT SEATS 20 TO A ROOM THE SEATS 600.  LOOKING FOR A CHEF WHO IS COLLEBORATIVE, ORGANIZED, NOT AFRAID TO WORK 16 HOURS A DAY.   A CHEF THAT INSPIRES THEIR FELLOW COOKS AND SOUS CHEFS TO DO A GREAT JOB.  CHEF MUST BE VERSED IN FOOD AND LABOR COST. SCHEDUELING, PREP AND EXECUTION OF EVENTS ON AND OFF PREMISE.

Designer Robert Weimer and Amy Knoll Fraser created a dynamic space that pays homage to the cathedral next door and the existing timeless architecture by inserting simple modern forms to complement rather than overtake the feel of the rooms. The result is a warm and comfortable considered space.
