The restaurant group of award-winning Chef Daniel Boulud is seeking a bread baker with at least one year of experience for our commissary kitchen located in NYC. The commissary prepares all bread for Epicerie Boulud and all 6 of our NY concepts.
Responsibilities include mixing, shaping, baking dough; cleaning machinery; preparing ingredients; and packaging of finished product.
Candidates must have a passion for bread baking, strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, the ability to take direction and lift up to 50 lbs, with a pleasant demeanor and a flexible schedule for early morning shifts.
