 Thomas Keller, world renowned Chef, has partnered with Armando Manni to launch an innovative line of bean-to-bar chocolate,  made with Manni Extra Virgin Olive Oil in place of cocoa butter. We work with some of the finest cocoa beans in the world in a custom, artisanal production facility. We now need your capabilities to efficiently manage and grow our brand in the consumer marketplace.    

The Sales and Marketing Manager strives to lead, develop the strategy for, and expand the entity's brand awareness and sales through a robust and aggressive marketing and outreach plan. The incumbent formulates a tactical plan to introduce the product line, its use and application to potential customers, consumers and distributor partners.

Additionally, serves as a brand ambassador, employing creative solutions and relationship building.

Successful incumbents will possess a high level of proficiency in communication, problem solving, analysis, and an overall strategic thinker. In this capacity, the incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Assist in the establishment of the overall Sales and Marketing plan including market identification, penetration and forecasting.  
  • Be self directed in cultivating new sales relationships and deepening existing one.
  • Overseeing the development of an aggressive Sales and Marketing plan focused on two stakeholder groups; direct consumer and third party retailers.
  • Maintaining awareness of the Chocolate competitive marketplace to identify points of differentiation and ways to capitalize on the unique nature of this product.

We are seeking an individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, quality rich environment – one who can work independently and is organized in their approach.

This position is based out of Napa, CA.
