Job Details

Maialino is seeking a Sous Chef to join our team! Sous Chefs will be in charge of leading our BOH hourly culinary team through the daily production and breakfast/lunch/dinner services. He/she must ensure all HACCP and food safe methods are practiced, and systems are implemented to ensure all culinary prep and execution is of the highest level. This role will work very closely with the Executive Sous Chef in ensuring all hourly staff are delegated appropriate tasks, and ensure that quality, speed and efficiency of food production is maintained. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with the following skills:
